- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F–375°F.
- Prepare the pie: Remove any packaging, but keep the pie in its foil tray. Place the pie on a parchment-lined or foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake the pie for 12–30 minutes, depending on the size and whether it's frozen or chilled. If the pie is frozen, you can bake it at a higher temperature for longer. We recommend baking frozen pies at 350°F for 1.5 hours, or until they're done.
- Check for doneness: The pie is done when the filling is bubbly and the crust is golden brown. For fruit pies, you can also check that the filling is boiling so the fruit can thicken properly. For custard pies, you can insert a knife tip into the center to see if it comes out clean.
